Warranty
All Tribesigns products are covered by our 18-month manufacturer's warranty, providing comprehensive protection against manufacturing defects.
WARRANTY PERIOD AND TARGET GROUP CONDITIONS
The warranty is automatically activated when the original purchaser places an order through the Tribesigns Ireland online store and receives the product. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
What's Covered
Tribesigns will replace any components found to be defective due to manufacturing faults or damaged during transit.
If your product is damaged during assembly or installation, please contact us by email. Our customer support team will do their best to help you resolve the issue by providing replacement parts or assembly guidance where appropriate.
Warranty Claims
All warranty claims must be submitted directly to Tribesigns by emailing order@tribesigns.com.
To help us process your claim as quickly as possible, please include:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- Clear photographs or videos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Before submitting a warranty claim, we recommend contacting our customer support team first, as many issues can be resolved without the need for a replacement claim.
How We Process Your Claim
Once we receive your email, our team will review the information provided and assess the issue. Additional photos or videos may be requested if needed.
After the assessment, we will arrange suitable replacement parts or another appropriate solution in accordance with our warranty policy.
